Using the DevicePlace the device over your shoulder, secure the adjustable straps, and select your preferred mode. We recommend starting with 12 minutes per session, once daily, ideally in the evening before bed. This allows the heat and decompression to work while your body is at rest and recovery can begin overnight. You can gradually increase to two sessions per day once your shoulder adjusts to the therapy.
Yes. ShoulderFlex™ Pro is fully adjustable and fits both left and right shoulders. If you have discomfort in both, simply move it from one side to the other between sessions. Many of our customers use it on both shoulders in the same sitting, spending 12 minutes on each side.
We do not recommend using it while sleeping. The device is designed for active 12-minute sessions so you can monitor how your shoulder responds to the therapy. Using it unattended during sleep does not improve results and may cause unnecessary discomfort. The most effective routine is a session before bed, then removing the device when you lie down.
ShoulderFlex™ Pro is not waterproof. Do not use it in the shower, bath, or any wet environment. Keep the device and its charging port dry at all times. If the fabric sleeve needs cleaning, remove it from the device and hand wash gently.
The device charges via USB-C and has a built-in rechargeable battery that provides multiple sessions per charge. A standard charge takes approximately 90 minutes and gives you enough power for several days of daily use. A USB-C charging cable is included in the box.
