7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by external factors beyond our control, including customs delays, adverse weather conditions, or carrier incidents. Kinexa Labs is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery. In the event of loss or damage during transit, the customer must notify us at support@kinexalabs.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
